SAFE AND HEALTHY WORK IN THE DIGITAL AGE

EU-OSHA is organising its Healthy Workplaces Summit on safety and healthy work in the digital age, at the Euskalduna Conference Centre, in Bilbao, Spain on 3-4 December 2025.

Experts will discuss how digital technologies have, and continue to transform, the workplace, as well as the opportunities and risks that this may bring.
Targeted discussions will be held in 6 parallel sessions. Topics include work organisation and organisational risks in a digitalised workplace, worker participation for a safe and healthy digitalisation of work, ethical aspects of digitalisation in the workplace, and many other pertinent subjects.

The Summit will also be an opportunity to celebrate the Healthy Workplaces Good Practice Awards’ winners, which recognises organisations that have made outstanding contributions to occupational health and safety across the EU.
